Chopped Liver
1 pound calves liver, about 3 slices
3 small onions
3 hard boiled eggs
Salt and pepper
Slice and brown onions in shortening. Then brown liver until done, not too dry. Grind liver, eggs, onions alternately 2 times. Add seasoning to taste.
